How we work

Evidence first.
Useful change second.

A repeatable approach keeps a promising result from becoming an unexplained exception.

01 / OBSERVE

Define the experience.

Identify the application, regions and workloads that matter. Record a representative baseline, including the conditions under which it was collected.

02 / UNDERSTAND

Locate the constraint.

Compare DNS time, connection time, server response and transfer time. A single fast speed test rarely explains an intermittent problem.

03 / CHANGE

Keep the experiment small.

Use one reversible change and a defined success criterion. Preserve the previous configuration so an unexpected result is easy to undo.

04 / VERIFY

Check the whole journey.

Revisit the same workload from more than one network. Look for regressions, document what changed and keep monitoring what users actually need.
